Shipping policy

Maxim Plow Parts LLC ("the Company") is committed to providing versatile and efficient shipping solutions to both domestic and international customers. We offer a variety of shipping methods, including Less Than Truckload (LTL), UPS, and DHL, to accommodate your needs. For large or substantial stock orders, an estimated delivery timeline will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping Eligibility and Charges

Please note that certain items are not eligible for discount shipping. This includes Steel items, large quantities of Hydraulic Cylinders, and Conveyor Chains, unless approved by our Sales Team. Additional items, such as Snowplow Shoes and Steel Cutting Edges are products classified by density or over-dimensional status, these products will incur higher shipping charges due to their specific nature. All applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Handling Fees

For special circumstances, such as international orders or extensive stock orders that require additional resources for preparation, a handling fee may be imposed. This fee, primarily applicable to shipments requiring extra labor or materials, will not exceed 1% of the order value.

Order Fulfillment

Maxim Plow Parts prioritizes careful and efficient order fulfillment. Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless a different method is specified at the time of order placement. Orders placed by 1 p.m. CST that qualify for UPS shipping are typically dispatched the same day. Larger, palletized orders or those requiring LTL shipping are shipped on a "Ship Complete" basis unless otherwise specified at the time of order, with an expected turnaround of up to 48 hours from order confirmation.

Order Pickup Option

Customers may also opt to pick up their orders directly from our Mokena, IL location, subject to prior authorization.
