European Union 14 day cooling off period

Should your claim be approved, a refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment or credited to your account, typically within a span of 23 business days. For customers operating on Net 30 terms, a credit commensurate with the refund value of the returned goods will be posted to your account within 30 days of claim approval.
